I’m Desiree P.W. Correa, CMRS, the founder of Rhue Road. A New York–based medical billing and healthcare advocacy company built to support independent providers and everyday patients navigating a complicated healthcare system.
Rhue Road was born out of a simple idea: healthcare billing shouldn’t feel impossible. Whether you’re a new practice trying to get paid correctly or a patient struggling to understand a medical bill, you deserve honesty, clarity, and someone who genuinely cares about getting it right.
With hands-on experience across multiple specialties — including physical therapy, mental health, and nephrology — I bring a grounded, real-world understanding of how claims, credentialing, A/R, and insurance truly work behind the scenes. My goal is to take the stress, confusion, and administrative chaos off your plate so you can focus on what matters most: providing care or receiving it.
Rhue Road is named in honor of the street where my great-grandparents lived — a reminder that this work is rooted in family, integrity, and doing things the right way. Those values guide every service I provide.
Why I Do This
Because I’ve seen both sides. The provider who deserves fair reimbursement and the patient who deserves compassion. I believe no one should feel alone or overwhelmed by insurance.
